Men and Women can't just be friends... can they?
Went back to work today, after my cheeky day of relaxation. Busy as usual, but I like that, because it means the weekend is fast approaching. Not that I'm doing a lot, no fixed plans as yet, which is never a good sign, because last minute babysitters are like rockinghorse shit, so inevitably means it will be another night in... I think the last time I went out was..... September!!!!!! I'm going insane.... I need to find some friends who actually want to go out.
The trouble there is, I've tried using these dating websites that connect you to people who live near by (the same one where I found the 3sum guy). This is great, but I am finding people who want more than a drink, when I've now clearly stated I just want to make friends (and no not in an inverted comma sort of way). I still seem to get guys who want sex.... or if I change my settings to looking for females... I get lesbian's looking for a relationship. It looks like a can't win.. does anyone just meet people for friendship... or is it all about sex? Does it prove the saying, men and women can never just be friends?
